Plan1-GC-SubscriptionRenewal:
If you purchased Plan1-GC (which used a gift certificate as the payment method), that plan included a six month subscription. There is therefore no credit card on file that can be charged for subscription renewal.  To renew your subscription for one year, Plan1-GC-SubscriptionRenewal can be purchased. 
Note:
Plan1-GC-SubscriptionRenewal must be purchased with a credit card. In subsequent years, before your credit card is charged for subscription renewals, you will be notified, with the option to cancel.
