Free Trial Provisions:
1. The free trial allows the use of all features of Plan1 or Plan2 for 15 days and can be cancelled at any time during that time period.
2. Credit card information is required but your card will not be immediately charged, and it will be only be charged after the expiration of the 7 day trial period if you have not cancelled.
3. If you cancel, you are welcome to retain any saved or printed copies of the templates or Property but you will lose online access to them and the ability to modify, save or print them.
Refund procedure:
After the expiration of the free trial period when your credit card has been charged, you may request a refund. If your payment is refunded, you are welcome to retain any saved or printed copies of the templates or property map but you will lose online access to them and the ability to modify, save or print them. To request a refund, use the Contact Us form and in the Subject box enter "Refund" and in the Message box, enter your reason for requesting a refund.
