Pricing:

• $50 - includes $30 account setup and $20 one year subscription fee.  
• Purchase must be made with credit card*. (A charge from emergencyplannow.com will appear on your credit card statement for the order amount.)
• You will be notified in advance of annual subscription renewal charges to your credit card, with the option to cancel. 

Registration and accessibility:

• Registration is required so that we can set up the templates under your account.
• Property address is needed so we can customize templates for your location and set up your Property Map. 
• After registering and entering your credit card information*, your templates are then immediately accessible. (Sign in and click on "My Account" in the top menu bar.)
  
  * Under the terms of your free trial, your card will not be immediately charged, and it will only be charged after the expiration of the free trial period, if you have not cancelled.
