What is EmergencyPlanNow.com?
EmergencyPlanNow.com (https://emergencyplannow.com) assists members of a household in developing a comprehensive preparedness plan which can be invaluable in the event of an emergency or disaster. The website is accessible by computer, tablet or smartphone and the templates can also be saved and printed.
EmergencyPlanNow.com is a subscription based service, with the option to renew annually. Customers receive online access to the following:

Appendix A contains an image of a typical template. (Note that each of the two template lists are sorted in different manners.)
NOTE: Before adding to or editing a template it is advisable to click on the “Make a backup copy” box in case you want to later revert to an earlier version.
Grab and Go List
An image of the Grab and Go List template is included in Appendix A. It is similar to the other templates except that it has a “Change name in Responsibility column” box. Change the names in your list to those of household members before making other changes to your template, as follows:
Example 1: Change "Jack" to "Juan" to reflect the actual name of a household member.
Example 2: If there is no "Jill", or if Jill leaves the household, then her responsibilities should be transferred to an existing household member. To transfer Jill's responsibilities to Mom:
Now, all of Jill's responsibilities will be transferred to Mom (and any duplicates will be automatically eliminated.)
Grab and Go Box
The Grab and Go Box template has various optional columns. Some of these, such as Vendor and UPC code, are for the purpose of facilitating purchases of container items, either by in store shopping, online shopping or by using a delivery service. Other columns may be useful for tracking date codes of perishable items or for users concerned about the possibility of prolonged disruption from an emergency or disaster. These are as follows:
If you add links and enter “Y” in the Share box, it will make those links available to be added to our database where they can then be used by others.

-See the information at the bottom of the lists.
Emergency Contacts List
The Emergency Contacts List should be edited in order to add your own contacts.

-Communications Plan: Establish a means of communication if household members are not together at the time of an emergency or disaster.
-Meetup Plan: Establish alternative meeting places if household members are not together at the time of an emergency or disaster.
-Evacuation Plan - Establish alternative routes for evacuation. The “Local Traffic – Google Maps” link in your Emergency Website Links template may be useful for viewing local traffic conditions during an evacuation.

EMERGENCY!
This is a collection of the lists that you and other household members will want to quickly access in the event of an emergency or evacuation. As with all the templates and the Property Map, every household member will have access to this on their computer, tablet or phone.
Property Map
The Property Map screen contains printable maps of your property which can be used to display locations of important utility shutoffs and other items to attend to in case of emergency.
Within three days of your purchase of Plan1 or Plan1-GC, you should receive an email message with the subject: "Your EmergencyPlanNow.com Property Maps". Attached will be aerial images of both the satellite view and outline view of your property (based on the property address that you provided upon registration.) You should print one of these (the outline view is usually best) and mark it up with labels which designate utility shutoff locations and locations of other important items to attend to in the event of an emergency (such as fuel storage).
Example: Satellite view

Below is an image of the Property Map screen. Notice the Property Map Key near the bottom of the screen, with labels. This template should be edited to reference and provide detail for your own labels in your marked up Property Map. Then click on the box: "Print or download Property Map Key - Sorted by Priority", and print the Key. The Key and marked up Property Map should then be placed in an accessible location for reference during an emergency. (For printing tips, see Appendix B.)
